At the heart of ICSA stands Dar Al-Hijrah Mosquem  the first Somali-led mosque in Minnesota. This sacred space has served as a spiritual sanctuary and civic cornerstone since 1998. We welcome individuals and families for daily prayer, Jumu’ah, Eid celebrations, Taraweeh during Ramadan, and more, grounding our community in Islamic teachings while fostering unity and purpose.

A Sacred Space Rooted in Tradition and Community

Our mosque offers more than a place to pray; it’s where neighbors gather, youth find belonging, and generations reconnect through shared worship. Each salah, khutbah, and communal event deepens our spiritual life and strengthens our collective voice.

Your Masjid, Your Anchor

Whether you are returning to the masjid or entering for the first time, Dar Al-Hijrah welcomes you as part of a wider family rooted in mercy, reflection, and service.

A Sacred Space for All Seasons of Life

Come not just to pray but to belong, to serve, and to find purpose. We are proud to offer a sacred space that nurtures your soul, supports your family, and strengthens your connection to Allah and community.

Attend Jumu’ah and Be Inspired

Our Friday sermons are more than weekly obligations; they are spiritual fuel. Each khutbah offers reflections rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah, while addressing the realities of our lives today. It’s a time for communal strength, learning, and a weekly renewal of purpose.
